Health Benefits
Full-time (30 hours/week or more) employees are eligible for our health benefit plans. We offer medical (EPO), dental (PPO), and vision plans. Benefits coverage begins on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Your contribution towards your benefits coverage will be deducted from your paycheck each pay period.
Employees can elect coverage for one of the following categories:
1) Employee Only, 2) Employee + Spouse, 3) Employee + Children, or 4) Employee + Family.

Other Insurance
Full-time employees who elect medical coverage are eligible for Life Insurance equal to $10,000 and Long-Term Disability (LTD) equal to 50% up to $1,000 per month after 180 days of disability at no cost to the employee. Eligible employees have the option to purchase additional coverage for themselves and their dependents.
Optional employee-paid voluntary benefits including Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, Accident, Voluntary Term Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), Group Legal Services Plan, and Short-Term Disability insurance are also available.
Tax Deferred Plans
Full-time employees can set up Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). FSA options include a separate Dependent Care Reimbursement and a Medical Reimbursement Account. These are offered as ways to save on health and day-care expenses when you set aside pre-tax dollars for certain dependent care and medical expenses. As you pay eligible expenses, you are reimbursed from your FSA – tax free!
In addition, we offer commuter benefits for eligible mass transit and parking expenses.
